ProRemote referral program

Invite serious peers, stack token bonuses, and try inverse referral (companies). Clear rules, a friendly flow—minimal jargon.

Monthly basics

30 tokens per month by default (40 if your best certified grade is Diamond).
Reset at midnight UTC on the 1st of each month—the monthly base does not roll over.
One personal PRR referral code to share as you like.

Referral bonuses

+10 tokens when a referred developer signs up and reaches 70% profile completion.
+20 tokens (super boost) when they reach Gold or Diamond—once per referred developer.
Bonuses add to your current monthly cap (base + bonuses).

Inverse referral (company)

Bring an employer to ProRemote: the recruiter enters your developer PRR code (same as for another dev) in the company form or settings.

+20 tokens when the referred company publishes its first job (same amount as the Gold/Diamond super boost).
Bonuses stack with each other within the UTC month window.
More tokens to apply; referral activity can improve visibility in public rankings (e.g. Top Devs), subject to anonymity and ranking rules.

Transparency & anti-abuse

Bonuses and refunds are tracked server-side. Same safeguards as company referrals: code valid 90 days after the referred employer account is created, one referral per referred company, no self-referral or same recruiter-group gaming. Checks keep the system fair.

Does the referral program require TestTonDev linking?

No. Rewards follow business qualification events. TTD can increase trust on a profile but is not a referral program requirement.
