1.100% remote charter
Every job post must describe a fully distributed role with no mandatory office days. Hybrid roles, regular on-site requirements, or misleading wording are not allowed and may lead to removal—or account measures if repeated.
2.Transparency and job quality
Provide salary (or a range), timezone, stack, process, and working languages as clearly as possible. Vague or misleading posts hurt candidates and platform trust signals.

What does the 100% remote charter cover?

Job posts must describe a fully distributed role with no mandatory office days. Hybrid or “remote friendly” roles with required on-site presence are not accepted.

How does employer reputation affect profile access?

Reputation enforces fairness: it caps how many full profiles a company can open in talent search and per job posting, using tiers described in the glossary.

Should I display salary and timezone?

Strongly recommended for matching quality; empty or vague fields hurt candidates and trust signals.

3.Employer reputation and fairness

Reputation is computed from moderated, aggregated reviews. It caps how many distinct profiles you can open in talent search over a rolling window, and how many full profiles per job posting in chronological application order—rewarding responsiveness and hiring quality.

4.Responsiveness and candidate care

Handle applications within reasonable timelines. Status changes, reminders, recruiter silence, and candidate token refunds after long inactivity follow product rules (emails, possible penalties—see glossary). Messaging after mutual interest must respect confidentiality and moderation standards.

5.Moderation and compliance

ProRemote may remove or adjust non-compliant content, moderate accounts, and apply mechanisms described in product documentation. Review disputes use dedicated workflows with traceability.

Are job posts moderated?

Yes: ProRemote may remove or challenge non-compliant or misleading content under platform rules.

Where is the business vocabulary (pipeline, statuses)?

The public glossary centralizes definitions aligned with the product UI and notifications.

Does AI scan force TestTonDev on candidates?

No: product rules cap TTD influence to keep non-TTD profiles competitive; reading these rules does not require a partnership.
